OBJECTS CLAUSE

Article 4 - Objects
The objects of the Foundation are to support socially beneficial work within research and education by providing financial assistance and awarding scholarships to enable foreign students to attend Norwegian universities and colleges, particularly within the fields of economics and management. Further, the Foundation supports Norwegian seafarers by awarding a Mariner’s Prize to persons who have made a significant contribution to Norwegian mariners and seafarers. The Foundation may also provide support for the education of Norwegian ships officers. The Foundation may at the discretion of the Board support other similar objects.
